2. Booking & Payment Policy
- All safari and tour reservations are processed based on availability and applicable government regulations.
- To secure a booking, either full payment or the required advance amount must be paid at the time of reservation.
- Payments can be made through available options such as UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or any other method listed on the website.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation email or receipt is issued.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms mentioned on the respective service or package page. - Government safari bookings (such as Ranthambore National Park, National Chambal Sanctuary, Kalesar National Park) are strictly non-refundable as per forest department rules.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or missed safaris due to personal reasons.
- In cases of weather disruptions, technical issues, or government restrictions, bookings may be rescheduled; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
4. Safari Rules & Regulations
- All safaris operate under the authority of the forest department, and their rules must be strictly followed.
- Carrying a valid government-issued ID during the safari is mandatory; failure to present it may result in denied entry without refund.
- Allocation of seats, vehicles (Gypsy/Canter), routes, and guides is solely managed by the authorities.
- Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as animals roam freely in their natural habitat.
5. User Responsibility
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information.
- Follow all instructions given by guides, drivers, and officials.
- Respect wildlife and avoid disturbing the natural environment.
- Refrain from littering or consuming alcohol during the safari.
- Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and fellow visitors.
6. Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- Vehicle or technical issues
- Government orders or restrictions
- Operational challenges
In such cases, we will inform you at the earliest possible time.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for:
- Non-sighting of wildlife
- Changes in government rules or policies
- Delays or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, or technical issues
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Injuries resulting from guest negligence, wildlife encounters, or unavoidable circumstances
All safaris involve inherent risks, and participation is at the visitor’s own responsibility.
